A capital increase of EUR 600,000 for Galatea Biotech thanks to equity crowdfunding.
In April 2021, Galatea Biotech launched its first equity crowdfunding campaign on the Opstart portal, which ended on 30 June 2021. The campaign was very successful and enabled the company to reach its maximum target of EUR 600,000.
The capital increase will enable Galatea Biotech to develop new types of 100% biodegradable and compostable PLA bioplastics by using green additives and developing new, increasingly sustainable production processes.
